for summer with some incredible interviews with some amazing folks. And what I hope will be some

important words for you, for your life. We're in the last month in the series of simplifying.

Yes, our series is coming to a close. I've loved it and I hope you are too, but we're getting geared up for an incredible season 6 starting in August.

I'll tell you all about those things after our one great thing and ask Lisa.

Lerner. One Great Thing and here we go. Last month we did our Home Renno edition of The One Great Thing and I hope you loved it.

It was fun for me to share a few pieces of our finds for our 50-year-old house redo.

Today I have one last thing to tell you about that with our house remodel, and I've

saved what I think is the best for last. If you have listened to me or followed me for a while,

you know that my father, my favorite person in the world, died four years ago. And in many ways,

that changed a lot of things for me and in me, a lot of which I'll

talk about in my forthcoming book in September the hard good. He was always my hype man. And when we

moved to our new house, I missed him so much. I just wanted to show him everything we'd done.

I know he would have loved what we did and been so proud of me. And so I obviously

can't have my dad here, but I decided I was going to do something I've never done before. I was

going to dedicate a room in the house to him. Our hall bathroom, which by the way is almost everyone's

favorite room in the house when they come and see it, including one of my BFFs,

the Nestor, who you may know. She loves it. Got the Nestor approval. I love that. I picked a

wallpaper, which is called Hunter's Twoll, and it's a peel and stick, which is amazing. You know I love

peel and stick if I get bored. It's from Wayfair. I'm going to link it for you in the show notes.
