We've got one life and have to do big things for God, right? But what are big things for God?

0:07.1

What if big things have nothing to do with the size of the task but are big in obedience rather

0:13.9

than scope? This month on the Jesus Over Everything show, we're going to be talking about some

0:18.6

forgotten ways to serve God, big obedience

0:21.8

things that are sometimes overlooked in the quest for something more notable. I'm your host,

0:27.0

Lisa Whittle. And if you're new here, welcome. If you've been around, you know how this goes.

0:31.3

1:31.4

valued by us, and thus we won't pursue them nearly as much, or we won't say yes to them when

1:37.7

God nudges on our heart to do them. And yet, those things are often the most important ways that

1:43.8

we can serve the kingdom of God, the ways that we

1:45.9

will be the most fulfilled, and the ways that we will be the most even effective.

1:51.8

So here are some questions for you. I want to ask you today. What if it's big when you simply

1:57.5

say yes to God? What if serving God when you don't get public attention or applause is big?

2:05.3

What if saying yes to needs when you don't feel qualified, but trust God to supply you with what you need is actually big?
