On this episode, I talk to the creator of the Energy Flow Formula, John Amaral. I discuss my experiences working with an energy healer, and how it has helped me and my family. John details the process of his work, and his transition from being a chiropractor to creating his current practice. We talk about models of consciousness, getting your body in sync, and practices people can do on their own to help their energy flows.
