Hi, Jess. I'm good. I think I'm good. Yeah, it's so hot, but I'm good. Okay, actually, you know, before we get into anything, I want to know what are your long-term

plans as far as LA and New York like will you come back I to me you're such a New York

guy I would like to come such a New York guy.

I would like to come back to New York.

That all depends on money.

Like if I get a huge gig that is like,

would afford me a cross-country move, I don't know how you afford it.

LA I can kind of get by, like I love my house, I love my car, I love my little area,

but like I don't, I kind of am thrifty, you know know I'm not like dropping crazy amounts of money like on rent you know I guess it was always my understanding that LA is just about like that the rentals are just about as expensive as

like what is the different like if you don't mind me asking not what's your rent

but like on average what is a one bedroom cost to rent in say, like West Hollywood or like Silver Lake?

It's a good question. I think you're right. They are comparable New York, LA, but I think LA is a little bit cheaper.

It's also easier to find an apartment here. New York, you're

scrambling, you're panicking, you're looking in so many different areas, you're asking your friends and

you want to get that apartment that you can get grandfathered in to rent control or whatever.

Here it's kind of like you drive around, you see a sign outside, you call somebody that go,
