Well, today's date is February 1st, 2025.

There's been a lot of movement happening in the bankruptcy court in January of this year. I want to keep you up to date on that.

And it looks like, yes, it looks like that this case may finally be over.

Before I get to the resolution of the bankruptcy case, however, I want to take a little bit of a tour through time.

Since I began reporting on this story, I have followed this story. I think every twist and turn

along the way, and there have been a lot of twists and turns over the past three years in this

lawsuit. So we'll look at that. I'm also going to tell you a number of stories that have occurred

behind the scenes that I haven't told you before. But I think now that the case is over, it's okay

for me to talk about them. And I plan on doing so. I've got three or four things I want to tell you

about that I think you have not heard before because I'm pretty sure I haven't mentioned them.

But I have a slideshow to guide me in this discussion. The first case is the

defamation lawsuit in Utah, the one that John DeLinn and Open Stories filed against GenCamp about

two years ago. I think I said three years earlier. It's been going on. It's actually been going on for

around two years, maybe two and a half if you go to the initial firing of Jen Camp from

open stories. Legally speaking, legal filing speaking, around two years this has been going on.

And as I say, it started off with a defamation case. Well, technically, that's not where it started

off. But we'll get to that in the second. The second case is the bar complaints that were filed
