All right, y'all, there's something in the air these days. I feel like it's been a long few years, but things are starting to feel different.

Maybe it was watching women in their 20s and 30s and older dominated the Olympics.

It's watching the energy that's coalescing around Kamala Harris and the presidential election.

It just feels like there's a breath of fresh air and things might

actually improve for what feels like the first time in a while and it has been

making me think about how many of us are feeling inspired and excited about these other women in their lives and the future even of our country, but don't necessarily feel the same way about our own lives and I want to know what if you could feel

excited and inspired and light and free and hopeful about your own life.

You may not be trying to stand on the Olympic podium,

but you have dreams and goals and visions of your own.

You have a life that you want to be living and a person you want to be

that is probably bigger and bolder and happier and more empowered than the you of now.

And that's not because there's anything wrong with you now.

But no matter how powerful a woman is,

in her own life, in the world,

she's still that socialization that she may not even see that's

holding her back from even bigger and better things. And learning how to

break through to that next level of power,

and I don't mean political power, necessarily,

that might be your thing,

but I just mean power in your own life.

Being in the driver's seat, being able to make things happen,

feeling like someone who can create outcomes and impacts and effects in her own life.
