Before that, how are you doing?

What's been happening with you the last couple of weeks?

How are you? Well things get really busy for you now so I'm sort back doing my voice for

the voices podcast you know just freelancing it freestyling it going out there and being approached by a lot more survivors

of both sort of abuse within home and abuse within the institutions.

I had a meeting with a guy.

I've not seen him in quite a few years.

He's one of the real campaigners for historical essay abuse in the care homes.

And you know he's a guy sort of a bit older than me and he's actually spent his whole life in prison with little bits here and there he comes out and then he goes back in and it's just really because of he was put into the homes he was by the time he was 10 years old had been in 20 placements

by the time he got said at the Borstel had been in 47 placements.

And his 11 month old sister was actually sort of murdered in their care homes and 11 month old.

And she was found hanging.

And they sort of put it down to it was her that did it and it wasn't it's a and he now

just campaigns for a proper inquest it was many many years ago he's a guy and his

fifties now This occurred when he was

nine years old, suddenly 40 years old. So I sat down with him today and he's cleaned up. He was a

long-term addict of near enough every single drug invented and alcohol and

and I'd say just been in there it's time with Charles Bronson and all sorts you know he's

what they call an old leg but But, you know, I've known him quite a few years and, you know, his heart's intact. He's a man of integrity. He's a nice guy. But it's just awful that if you get the wrong start that's it you know the system is just going to make money out of you
