still working on. Got that old 1980s style splits machine that I'm cranking up.

If I find that if I could do an extra inch per week I'm making good progress it's still going to take me another like year or two until I get to Van Dam status like full on splits but I'm getting there. I couldn't touch my toes. I still can't touch my toes. I can touch my toes one at the time so I can I can bring kind of one leg up touch that toe bring the other one down but I can't do them together and that doesn't make any sense but I don't know it's the way that my legs work

did a whim-hop breathing exercise recently on my Instagram TV channel where I taught everyone how to do the

whim-off breathing exercise, which is this kind of hyperventilating, really intense, like, I don't know,

three or four minute breathing exercise where you get super euphoric and

people loved it got around 15,000 views so far and a couple hundred comments of people
