Mershoun ruling late last night that Donald Trump's guilty verdict in the hush money trial still stands.

Trump's lawyers argued that the entire case should be thrown out after the Supreme Court's

immunity ruling for ex-presidents, but Judge Juan Mershon ruled last night that paying hush money

to a porn star doesn't constitute an official act as president.

You might remember Trump was convicted in a New York City courtroom.

In May, the Supreme Court has yet to decide if immunity, presidential immunity extends beyond federal courts and goes all the way down to the state

and local level where Trump was convicted. A jury found Trump guilty of 34 felonies. That was in May.
