Hi guys and welcome back to the podcast.

I am feeling like it's been a whirlwind lately.

I'm recording this on Friday evening and it has just been a crazy past week.

I'm excited to share more about some things and some thoughts and all that but I wanted

to just say that today's episode is going to be a kind of girl chat Q&A.

I actually just came back from a really fun two day trip with my friend Melissa.

I talked about this but we just had so many good conversations with two of us and it

made me want to come on today's podcast and just kind of have a really casual girl chat

answering maybe some more juicy TMI questions and just I don't know, be more open on the

podcast and share about topics maybe that I haven't talked about too much and just connect

on that level and so that is what today's episode is.

I will say it is partly because on my flight home I was listening to what we said podcast

and they just posted kind of like a girl chat Q&A with Aspen O'Vard and it was so good.

It was such a good plane.

I was so happy I downloaded that was like the perfect length for our plane ride.

It's definitely inspired by what we said but I hope you guys are all doing well.

I can't believe it's getting into the summer at this point.

It's so hot here in Texas and it's definitely starting to feel like when we're going into

June the summer vibes are coming and I'm really excited but our trip to Colorado was so
