It's someone who can act, sing, and dance all at peak quality.

So if that's what a triple threat is, today's guest is more of a,

I don't even know how many hyphenate threat, an award-winning actor, dancer, singer, choreographer, talent,

judge, business owner, and wellness coach, and the list goes on. We are talking about it all today

with our guest, Julien Huff. Julien is a Utah native who started her career as a dancer.

She was a fan favorite on Dancing with the Stars, who went on to win a choreography Emmy,

become a judge on the show, released a number one country album, acting feature films,

and found multiple companies. She even has her own wine label. Yeah, I wasn't kidding when I said

she does it all. Julien's passion and wellness, in all of its forms, mental, physical, and spiritual,

led her to create a company called Kinnergy, which is dedicated to achieving transformation and

a community of positivity. I'm so excited today to talk to her about what drives her,

the many lives she's led, what brought her to where she is today, and where she thinks she's
