Osage County to of course Merib Easttown for which she won her Emmy Award to

many smaller movies that we discussed in this interview that if you have not seen

you definitely should and to her new film

called Janet Planet which 824 currently has in theaters. It's a quiet movie written and

directed by the playwright Annie Baker a Pulitzer Prize winning playwright.

This is her debut and it's a really striking debut.

It follows a woman named Janet played by Julian Nicholson and her daughter Lacey

over the span of a summer.

It covers Janet's relationships with and her daughter Lacey over the span of a summer.

It covers Janet's relationships

with three adults in her life,

and we see how Lacey comes to observe these interactions

and how they say a lot about their relationship together.
