Giro passed away and I went for a five mile run and I laid in the middle of the road and bald and just waited for traffic to come and it never came and I cried for a good 10 minutes and that's just life like that's where I was like I didn't have any reason to go on. But there's always something that can keep you going on.

No matter what someone cares about you and loves you, and that's why I'm broadening the foundation to hug all those people and give hope to all those people.

Like all I care about is giving hope. Like, it's always there.

Hey everyone and welcome to or welcome to or welcome back to my little corner of the world. The Billyang Podcast was started to engage with athletes, creatives,

and other fascinating people in the endurance world and beyond.

So I thank you for showing up so that I may show up for you. I

just wrapped up a brutal period of travel for those who follow me on my social media channels at

Billyang for those who are unfamiliar with the most recent trips being Powder Mountain

Utah for a series of meetings,

and then last week to Fridget Minnesota,

that was the most recent trip,

and I have to underscore frigid.

When I left, I believe the weather was a balmy negative like 12 degrees Fahrenheit,

that was a low.

I'll let the, I'll let the Canadians and the euros do the whole

Celsius conversion but it was cold but on the positive I met some great people.

I ate some really great food.

Minneapolis in particular is a very underrated food town and

if you guys know me I am a huge foodie so other than freezing my took us off it was a really

really wonderful trip and

But I'm definitely happy to be back in sunny Southern California.

I really don't know how you all do it.
