He's my little brother. He was born December 7th of 1989. Growing up he had a really strong personality. He was always my mom's favorite.

He would not say that, but he always was. He was really outgoing and loved to play outside.

As he got older, he really loved soccer. He was an avid soccer player. That was his main interest. He loved soccer.

He was on tournament soccer leagues and stuff. And he loved, absolutely loved reading.

Anything you could get a chance on, he loved reading.

I have messages to him just saying, you don't need to tell me where you are. I just need to know that you're okay. Just call your mom.

Even if it's from the 7-11 film, just let us know you're okay. And he would. It was violence after November 20th.

He would never, ever do that to me, but mostly to his mom. He would never just not tell her that he's okay.

No matter what state he was in emotionally, he was never low enough to not contact his mom. And that's how we know that he's gone. We're just sure of it.

There's people that we know in our hearts are involved.

27-year-old Justin Hoyman disappeared from Salt Lake City, Utah on the morning of November 20th, 2017.

Justin left his residence around 6am and headed to work. He called his mom along the way and asked her if they could have lunch together during his break later in the day.

They made plans and then his mom assumed he made it to work. She called him back again to figure out where he wanted to meet, but Justin didn't answer and has never been seen or heard from again.

More than three years have passed since Justin called his mom that final time. His family is desperate to learn more about what happened to him, but they feel like his case was never fully investigated and are hopeful that someone will come forward with a new lead.

His case was never picked up by the media and has been a real struggle for his family to get anyone to really dig into what may have happened.

When cases like this come our way, we always try to cover them. It's so important to get the information out to the public.

You never know when you might reach someone who holds an important clue. For this story, we spoke to one of Justin's older sisters, Misty, and she told us how much of a joy Justin was in her life.

Justin is a year younger than me. Me and my sister prayed for a little brother forever and then he came and Justin was dogged upon his entire life. So bad that he couldn't make macaroni and cheese himself even as an adult.
