0:23.9	I won't beat around the bush at all.

0:29.4	you might imagine that there was some considerable blowback.
0:34.0	And a lot of people have been asking me once again,
0:37.7	What the fuck, Jay? Why did you do that?
0:43.5	And believe me, I've been asking myself that all week long.
0:50.3	And when I trace it back, I think I just was insensitive to the topic that I was bringing on the show.
1:01.6	I was thinking about things in this very intellectual and philosophical sort of way.
1:08.2	First, I had had this conversation with a friend, which just really kind of blew my
1:14.1	mind a little bit. I just had never heard those things before, and then I saw that Kachi had gotten
1:20.0	attacked by the woke army, and I just emailed her and said, do you want to come on the show and talk about
1:26.4	what happened?
1:33.2	And I really didn't think about it much farther that it just got scheduled on.
1:35.9	And then, you know, I've been juggling a million things. And then I jumped on to record.
1:37.5	And after we recorded, for me, I still thought that it raised these really, I thought, important philosophical, metaphysical questions almost about gender and sex.
1:54.0	And if there's a difference between them.
1:57.0	And I thought, well, I want to hear both sides of it.
2:02.7	I want to hear from someone who thinks that there is a difference,
2:05.1	and I want to hear from someone who doesn't think that there's a difference.
2:09.9	And I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I was thinking about my daughter's debate,
