We investigate the Saskatoon man who received a traffic ticket

for using his phone in a McDonald's drive-thru. We're going to hear about a

disturbing moose attack and we're going to mediate the dispute between a group of homeowners in

Ottawa that have basketball nets and the city's bylaw enforcement. Let's get
