The Indian Economic Development Corporation is what they call a quote-unquote quasi-government

entity, which means it's funded by your tax money,

but it doesn't play by the same rules as other government entities, which means it's very hard

And the premise set up years ago under Mitch Daniels was a common sense streamlined way and hub to be able to promote investment in the state of Indiana.

But like any other government thing, it becomes this monster that has gotten totally out of hand.
