We just got done with Mark Pope's press comments.

I'm sure we'll talk a little bit about that. We've got some Colgate coming, some Louisville

coming. It's going to be a fun show. I love sitting up here. I feel just a little bit more

important than I probably am when I'm sitting in this spot right today. Well, we didn't want to do a full Colgate show because Colgate is Colgate, first of all.

I did two there for my first of all.

First of all.

First of all, not the most exciting matchup in 11 point win where Kentucky gets up 17 to nothing in the first

half. We kind of described it. Look, Colgate was one of the worst teams in college of basketball.

We kind of-looked like it for about seven minutes. We called it kind of a name-your-score type of game

going in, not a whole lot of positive takeaways beyond kind of just throwing a pity party,

if we're being totally honest. Some cool outside storylines about the meaning behind the game but in terms of the

actual exes and no not a whole lot to love about kentucky's matchup and you saw that right away

17 nothing kentucky looks like absolute world beaters Colgate fails to score a single basket

in the first seven minutes of the game.

They look terrible. It's an absolute disaster. And then just the tide just turns ever so slightly, almost entirely to a two-point lead at halftime where Colgate starts making its shots. Kentucky's just laxadaisical, not showing a whole lot of fire, not showing a whole lot of emotion. And it leads to a two-point lead at halftime. Colgate ends up taking the lead. And then they have to kind of-by-three of fight their way back. And it ends up being kind of just a ho-hum 11-point victory. Your takeaway leaving Ruck Arena from a couple days back. Um, my takeaway. I don't know
