And this is really based on some things that are critical for you as an athlete or competitive entrepreneur in order for you to succeed this year and actually hit your goals and beyond.

All right. So for each of these things that I break down, I want you to rate yourself one to 10, 10 being the best, one being the worst. All right. So let's start first with your clarity.

So how clear are you on your vision, your goals for the year, your goals for the month, are your goals written down?
