I mean, there's been no slowing down of the reach of Korean cuisine across the globe.

As a person who is really lucky to live in a city that has just a huge Korean diaspora

with all of the amazing food that that entails. I mean to me you can't you can't divorce the food from the huge explosion of Korean pop culture globally.

I mean music and film it's it's permeated our own culture.

Well, of course, this is Matt, and you know, the gateway has been significant from the film industry and from television.

And obviously if you scroll on Netflix and you look at your grid you're going to see
