to relax and welcome the tranquility of this moment.

Find a cozy spot to settle into,

whether it's sinking into the softness of your comfy bed or whether it's

wrapping yourself in a warm blanket and sinking down into the coziness of your favorite chair.

Close your eyes if you wish.

And to begin, take a slow comfortable breath and as you exhale release the weight of the day out with a breath, and give your body permission

to soften and relax. and again take a full deep breath in filling your lungs comfortably and as you exhale feel that tension melting away,

leaving behind a feeling of calmness and peace.

Now you might imagine yourself in a beautiful lush garden where the trees and flowers

dance in the

sensation of a soft breeze,

lightly caressing your skin and hair.

The sound of rustling leaves

as tree branches sway in the breeze,

and the sweet smell of flowers in bloom. It is peaceful here and you feel safe, relaxed and completely at ease.

And so my friend, snuggle down even more under those cozy blankets, bringing this feeling of

relaxation with you now as we step into the land of dreams and restful sleep. You're going to see. The No one in the whole kingdom was so idle or so careless or so thoughtless as the Lady Daffodelia.
