Well, they did it again.

They embarrassed themselves for the second game in a row, not as bad as the Chicago game,

but an embarrassment all the same.

The Lakers lose 118 to 106.

That's right.

You gave 118 points to the worst offense in the

NBA. The Orlando Magic averaging just 104 points per game. And the Lakers gave them

118 and looked incapable, uninterested, disinterested, I suppose, in getting any kind of stops.

And very concerning, considering where they're at and what we heard coming out of their last

game to the Chicago Bulls, what Rui Hachamura told us about how the team does not want to deal

with the plan, about how they understand how important this road trip is,

and then they win and played flat against Orlando,

played like a team that already had a playoff seed locked in,

played like the two seed was already cemented.

And if this is the way this road trip is going to go,

talked about it on the pregame show, this road trip is going to go, talked about it on the pregame show,

this road trip is going to determine what is a real possibility for the Lakers?

Is it the two seed or is it the play in?

If they continue playing like this, the play in will become an inexcusable possibility.

Not saying I think they'll land there.
