never gotten recommended this case i growing up your didn't even ever hear about this case i remember

i was in high school when this whole thing was kind of unfolding.

I did remember hearing about it or seeing it on the news, but I never got to dive deep into this story.

This story surrounds celebrity murder, and it's very, very disturbing.

Yeah, there's a lot of really interesting backstory here that we're going to get into

first and just so much to discuss overall. But yeah, I didn't hear about this until recently. My

sister told me about it. I was like, what? So without further ado, let's dive into it.

All right, guys, this is episode 472 of going west. so let's get into it. The jury in the Phil Spector murder trial could begin its deliberations Wednesday.

Tuesday during closing arguments, Spector's attorney told jurors that scientific evidence proves Lana Clarkson

committed suicide inside Spector's mansion six years ago. The attorney urged jurors to ignore the

prosecution efforts to paint Spector as a man with a violent history. The prosecution gave its

closing argument Monday, calling Spector a demonic maniac who had a history of threatening women with guns.

He's accused of shooting a woman to death in his suburban Los Angeles home.

Police were saying little else about the woman in her 20s found dead in the foyer of Spector's

Hilltop Mansion. A gun has also been recovered. Someone called 911,

reporting shots fired at the million dollar home in the pre-dawn hours.

Legendary music producer Phil Spector shot and killed actress Lana Clarkson. It happened on February 3rd, 2003,
