Summary

When it comes down to it, what we're trying to do in this final week of fantasy football drafts is get some player names in your brain who you can feel comfortable drafting. And so we're mostly turning over today's show to listing some NFL players *we* find *ourselves* drafting a lot in the later rounds. Not all of them are "must-draft," but hopefully you'll hear the names we discuss and get some ideas for when *you're* on the clock late in a draft. Also: we'll talk about the early update we did on the 2024 Harris Football Player Profile Almanac, and read Russell Wilson's profile. 0:36.5	Labor Day weekend wow there are a lot of fantasy football drafts coming it's time to
0:41.5	hunker down and figure out who you're going to take but also my
0:46.7	advice is to take a breath and don't worry too much about it because first of all
0:51.8	it doesn't really matter that much because fantasy football is pretty silly even though of course it's what we talk about
0:58.6	But come on if you think about it. It's pretty silly and fun and it's good and also don't worry because the draft is just
1:05.5	the first part of it. We do our best but we have terribly imperfect information
1:10.3	and our mind palaces are about to shatter and then we have four months where we can fix things
1:15.8	so the pressure to get it perfect is not just it's not that bad I believe in you
1:21.2	you'll do fine and then eventually everything will be okay
1:25.1	The exhibition season in the NFL is over it continues to be an antitrust lawsuit just waiting to happen at some point. I think someone's
1:34.9	going to sue the NFL. Maybe they already have and it just hasn't worked its way all the
1:38.4	way up yet because NFL teams make season ticket holders by exhibition games and they're expensive and then most of the
1:46.0	players you care about don't play. That feels textbook to me. I'm no lawyer. If Direct TV can lose a lawsuit, I think the NFL can do it too. I believe in you, NFL, you can lose that lawsuit. I look forward to that day.
1:59.0	In fact, my guess eventually is probably somewhere down the road.
