And now it's just like a matter of divvying up the quality, evaluating everything, which like that's a time-consuming process of like individually testing each one to really get it I had to get a projector basically it's called a lens projector and it basically projects an image and you can see on a wall like a normal projector you can see like it's you know

focal length and its ability and especially if you're getting rehoused you know you're

gonna you're gonna do some technical analysis of it and there's a there's a higher end

thing called an auto collamator which I don't even know what it is.

Whoa that sounds very technical. Yeah otherwise like I do I do that just like check quickly to see if there's something

horribly wrong with the lens with the lens projector it's an easy way to do that.

The other way that you have to do is you have to take individual pictures of a static setup with

like a lens chart and stuff like that to really get an idea of like what the lens is doing,

any kind of flaws and characteristics, and then you can compare one

lens of the same type to another to see like which one is performing better, which one is nicer,

which one has a flaw that is detrimental to the image.
