I think we're all looking and trying to ask the question, like, how do we live better longer?

You know, and not just how do we live better?

So this is definitely like a tool in the tool belt.

The reason I like the cold is it's extremely quantifiable.

It's not like taking a supplement and wondering if it works.

Like, it's very, old therapy is very sensational.

And you get in, you experience it. It has positive effects on the body in the mind. And you can

come back to it. And it's the same experience every time. And it's just as hard every time.

Even though you build up a tolerance to it, like, you still have

this like inner battle to overcome with exposing yourself to the cold, especially as you get

comfortable in it, you know, you kind of get used to it. It's important to stay consistent. And then,

you know, if you need to stay in for 30 seconds or, you know, drive the temperature down lower, you can always play with that.

But that's one of the reason why I really like the cold is it's impactful and it's quickly impactful.

And a lot of us, especially when we're in a state of suffering, quick relief that has lasting benefits is a great place to start.
