I personally enjoy sitting in the chair with barber because it's like the one time I literally can't play on my phone not not even play on my phone be on my phone working and I'm just laying there relaxing

but maybe that's because I have a good barber. But the conversation starts very odd with manicures and pedicures,

but rolls into some really, really badass stories and just talking about the mental

and really, really interesting guy guy a lot of great perspective and again like I don't know being you know going into the army at 18 19 years old and then being set on becoming an Army Ranger

and actually having that come to fruition just through hard work will dedication

is really really impressive.

So just an interesting guy to listen to and gain some insight

and perspective.
