Hello friends and welcome back to the podcast.

I'm so excited for today's episode because it is just a lot of me and it's a lot of me

just chatting and kind of catching up with you guys.

I felt like I had done just quite a few episodes.

My last episode I guess for example was with my sister Lindsey so I had done a guest

episode.

I just talked about certain themes but I really just wanted to kind of sit down and have

a very casual episode for reference.

It's actually the Sunday before I post this.

I had another episode actually slotted to go up today like all set and done but I just

really wanted to do something a bit more chill and a bit more chatty where there's honestly

not a lot of outline and it's just me talking to you guys, letting you guys know where

I'm at in the world and having a little catch up.

I'm also going to answer some Q&A questions or a few questions that I've gotten a lot

recently and I also did a Q&A on my channel about like a wife talk video and there are

so many questions for that.

So I figured I would just go back through kind of past Q&As and answer questions that

I haven't answered.

Just to kind of have like a chill episode just me and if you guys are having just like a
