Hey guys, welcome or welcome back to the podcast. We're your friends, Maddie and Lauren. And we are back for

another episode. We are in my new studio, or sorry, my new office, I guess our new office. Our new

office. Lauren is also part of the artless empire now, you could say.

She's working with me this summer.

So we're in the office and yeah, this is why our setup looks different.

We took a few weeks off video, which we didn't really talk about, but we just were recording

like very casually at night.

We didn't set up the cameras and stuff so

we're back you can expect us to be here from now on I think the only problem with this space is that the

AC is really loud so the AC is off right now and it's like 104 degrees Fahrenheit outside which is like

38ish Celsius so we're going to be sweating. Like,

I'm already hot. I can do it. Oh, I know. And I'm wearing a sweater. I got this new sweater,

and I really wanted to wear it, but I didn't really plan for these conditions. Yeah. I'll be

fine, but it is definitely warm in here. But this is the studio. Maybe we'll give you, I'm going to say a little tour, but like Instagram story tour or something.

Once we set it up, I'm also going to be doing a whole little remodel on TikTok, which will be fun.

But anyway, we're here today.

We're going to be talking about a few things that we've been talking ourselves in person about recently.

Number one is confidence.

And we talk about this all the time.

But I feel like as you get older, like as anyone gets older, your idea of confidence changes so much.

And it would be interesting to hear what our podcast in like 2020 or 2019 was about confidence because
