if you are new here and did not know that. So I am super excited for today's episode. It's been one that's

really highly requested. I feel like throughout the duration that I've had this podcast,

and it's definitely one that I wanted to wait until it felt right for me to record because there's

certain topics that I don't feel like I can talk about until I'm in the right mindset and

had space to do so.

And it just feels very fabricated if I don't wait for that time to come in a sense.

So I finally am doing a podcast episode talking about self-confidence, self-esteem,

building self-confidence, my struggles with it, and all that kind of stuff. So I really hope you
