0:40.0	We looked at the first step a couple weeks ago, which is the reality step.
0:43.4	You stop denying that there are areas of your life that are unhealthy.
0:47.0	You admit that you tend to do unhealthy things, and your life tends to be unmanageable.
0:53.1	Last week we looked at the hope step,
0:55.6	which is even though I don't have the power to change, God does,
0:59.0	he has the power to help me change.
1:00.7	And there are five reasons for hope, and we looked at that.
1:03.5	This week we're looking at the commitment step
1:05.6	where Jesus gives us the third beatitude in Matthew 5, verse 5,
1:10.2	and he says, God blesses those who are meek.
1:15.7	God blesses those who are meek.
1:18.0	Meekness is the third step to getting healthy again.
1:21.3	Now the Bible lists many benefits of meekness.
1:23.8	I've just listed a few on your outline.
1:25.8	The meek shall be satisfied.
1:27.7	The meek he will guide and teach. The meek shall be satisfied. The meek he will guide and teach.
