When you first started doing agent outreach like how do that go?

So full circle I lost all my money. I went back to the drawing board. I went back to my

relationships because I didn't have any more money to spend so I called up Steve I called up my buddy

Templeton and I went to a few coffee shops and I'm like go this one bad thing in my life just happened on a personal note and then also to on a business note I've lost all my money. This is not

me looking for pity or any kind of sob story. I just want to know advice like what

would you do here? I feel like I'm fucked and they were like well how many offers are you submitting?

I was like offers, I'm like, what do you mean offers?

I have 30,000 leads that I've paid for.

Like, help me close these leads.

They're like, you need to submit more offers.

And so then, Temp reminded me then temp reminded me is like do you

remember how we got in contact it was by me taking you to breakfast I'm not telling you to

wine and dine people but the cool part about this is that if you reach out to

realtors they work leads as well so if you start out to realtors, they work leads as well.

So if you start contacting enough realtors

and you do this enough times in the day,

I promise you a realtor will bring you a deal,

bring it to me, and I'll help you close it.

And so I was like, I guess that makes sense.

And I had already gone through at Astro Flipping.

So I had all the contracts.
