She was taken two months after her birth, my mom, and we've been searching. I've been going to court for just years and years.

And I had that legal custody effort and everything. From there I've been trying to find Jolaine, and after I got legal custody, I actually had some kind of legality on my side to where Jolaine's actually in trouble.

You know, there was actually, she's got the warrant and things like that and was moving forward.

And then having a really rough time with that portion, we're not able to locate her anyway.

We just haven't been able to for years and years of that state highway. The total investigator now working on the case well and she's had it for well over a year and a half.

And she's been trying to do her several little kind of things that she's been trying to get done. But nothing's from real successful.

So she was trying to bring on the FBI and the US Marshalls on board. When every time I talk to her, it comes down to, there's another homicide or there's another drug case, you know, something that pushes it back and puts it on the neckline again.

On October 1st, 2013, Jillian Pagano abducted her three-month-old daughter, Liliana, from Rocheport, Missouri.

Liliana's father Tyler and Jillian had a falling out shortly after young Liliana was born. One day, Tyler received a text message stating that Jillian and Liliana were going out of state.

When he inquired further as to where they were going and for how long he received no answer. Since that day, more than five years ago, Tyler has not seen or heard from the mother of his child or his daughter.

He believes that her family knows exactly where they are and they simply refuse to tell him because they don't want him involved in Liliana's life.

Tyler has spent many years trying to find his daughter and let her know how much he loves her, but his efforts to find them have yet to be successful.
