I don't have any children, but wonderful woman Lindsay Meelis has delivered

over 1500 of them she's been practicing since 2004 as a traditional spiritual midwife.

This is also known as midwifery.

But really today was a deep historical education of the process of growing a baby and having the baby and

how that's changed so much over the last 500 years and some of it was changed 500 years ago and is still the way it is right now which is not natural.

There's so much not natural about the process.

So we talked about everything from circumstances which is

something she's very passionate about, not about I should say, food to the

energetics to letting go to infertility and so many different aspects of it.
