Warrior Boots on. It was based off a blog post I wrote back then by the same name.

God had really challenged me in that space and time to be preparing for where the world was going.

It's not like the world wasn't already upside down in so many ways. It was, of course, but I could sense the intensity of where it was all headed. And the

Lord just pressed on me in this commissioning sort of way to write about it. And so I did. And that book

was really all about getting ready for what was to come. I wanted to subtitle the book,

and this didn't end up being a subtitle, by the way, but I wanted to subtitle it, Walking Strong in a World Gone Crazy. The publisher did not want that.

And here's what they said, believe it or not, they said they felt like people didn't really

see the world as having gone crazy. They didn't think the world was that bad. Now, I thought that was

crazy in and of itself. I was like, look around. You really don't think the world is that bad.

This was in, by the time the book got done, it was in 2017. I felt like it was pretty bad already,

but maybe they were right. But I always felt like if people didn't see it back then that they needed to get their eyes checked
