I feel like for a lot of us life is getting a little bit crazier than usual and I say this because I feel like a lot of you have grown up with me

I started on YouTube in 2012 I believe which is crazy so I've been doing this for 10 years now

It's also to talk about you and if you've grown up with me then you're kind of at the point in your life where

You're finishing university. You're getting ready to make that next step make that next move

And depending where you are and it's different for every single one of us

but you might be ready to buy home and

That's kind of the point where I am right now. I've been trying to buy a home for

2019 now I was trying to write a script for for a YouTube video and I tried buying home in 2019 and that's when like

COVID was like just starting to hit and then I think it really hit in 2020

And that changed everything so all my plans kind of kind of went down the gutter

Which wasn't the best time for everything to happen, but hey here we are and then in 2020 the same thing happened

I had to move in 2021. I had to move again

So I didn't know enough time to even plan on buying a home and now we're in 2022 2023 season and

Well, I have to move again except this time. I'm looking to to buy and I wanted to bring this up on a podcast because

I find making it posting on Instagram or like posting it on

YouTube or anywhere else like it makes it a real thing

But this isn't it's not really yet

It's just a conversation right now and I wanted to have that conversation with you guys because it's a scary thing and
