Yep.

Today was yesterday's tomorrow.

A lot of us go through these situations in our lives

where we feel like we're not going to make it until the next day.

And I've had my fair share.

So today's podcast, I want to talk about that.

I want to sit down and I want to have this conversation with you.

Tomorrow is never promised, but neither is today.

Neither is the next second, the next moment, the next anything.

But that's what anxiety is.

It's the fear of something happening in the future.

Something that's stressing you out, then, not now.

And when you think it's now, when you think there's something that's stressing you out right now,

it's usually something that's about to happen.

So say you're giving a speech in class.

You're not stressed out about, you know, waiting to give a speech in class.

You're stressed out about the speech that's going to happen in class.

It's not about the right now.

It's about this moment that's coming up.

And I wanted to also talk about the things that are happening in my life

that I thought would be interesting.
