In this episode, I chat about not feeling like myself and how I’m getting back to finding joy again. I share my perspective on if our emotions define us, how to manage when we feel upset, and ways I like too ‘get out’ of a rut. I also share some listener feedback on what helps you guys feel better on your down days. I hope you enjoy this episode!

0:25.0 | This is the podcast that I would like you to listen to because to be quite honest over the past, I would say a couple weeks or so, this has kind of been me. |
0:36.0 | And I think there are a bunch of different reasons for this, but I actually asked for some feedback from you guys on things that you guys like to do, things over on Instagram. |
0:45.0 | I've asked in a poll and then I also just asked for submissions over email and got just some great stories from people and I really want this episode to be encouraging, especially from my viewers and listeners because from my perspective, I'm kind of run and dry. |
1:01.0 | I feel like I've been through season where sometimes it just gets to a point where I don't really have that much encouragement, I can only share my own experiences and things that I've been doing lately just to kind of feel more like myself. |

1:48.0 | I will say it's weird because whenever we go to Austin, we typically do bring cash, but we're driving to Austin and then we're driving to where we're spending the weekend with our friends, but they all live in Austin so we're meeting them there. |
1:58.0 | And it's weird because we're not bringing in cash. |
2:01.0 | I'm just so used to bringing him everywhere and so it's going to be weird this time not bringing him to Austin and just road tripping down to us. |
