How are things in Windsor?

They're going pretty well.

We've reached the fall at last.

Thankfully, thankfully.

Now I can put the shorts away for a little while.

I reached out on Facebook and asked for suggestions of episodes that people might want to hear again.

And you brought up the episode with Greg Martin, the so-called, by his term, the bipolar general.

What was it about this episode that stuck with you so much?

There are just several instances throughout the episode that surprise me and surprise me in a way that I wasn't expecting to be surprised.

And as I listened through it and I've listened through it a few times,

I still will go back and say, that's so interesting that that worked out that way,

or it's so interesting that events just transpired the way they did.

And may I ask if you deal with bipolar disorder yourself?

I don't deal with bipolar disorder myself.

I have obsessive compulsive disorder.

And the episode came on at a time in my life when I was very overwhelmed with stuff and I was doing a lot of personal research

on autistic burnout and pursued a diagnosis or at least counseling around that myself.
