Hello, everybody. Welcome. Welcome, welcome, welcome. I have Piper in front of me doing a puzzle because it is Veterans Day. Thank you to all the veterans out there that give us the freedom that we have today. Yeah, so no school

for her. And it's been a rough morning to say the least. We've cried, we've laughed, we've cried some more, and we've cried even more. She is a little

sick right now, and everyone has been telling me there's like walking pneumonia happening

and very flemy coughs. I think it's probably part allergy, part just like getting cold

finally outside and

kids start to get sick.

Nothing really works for her phlegm, like the mucinexes and all that.

So I went to my local little Mexican market here in Lake Forest and there is this stuff that I buy for her. It's called

Bisolvon, and it's specifically for phlegm. It is so good. I don't think you can break up

mucus, but it brings it all up. And so she is just hawk and lugies left and right.

And it's been lovely.

I've been catching them in my hand.

I did the other day when we were heading to school.

She was like, oh, and I was like, oh, spit it out, spit it out, spit it out.

And then she did.

And I just threw my hand out there and just

hawk to in my hand. And that's motherhood for you. So that was lovely. It's been lovely.

And it never fails right before a trip that something's going to happen. And we are. So she's sick and Riley blew his back

out again and he's been doing so good. I've been talking about how great he's been doing. I mean,

literally the man was supposed to have back surgery and he's back on his feet.

And then a couple days ago, so he goes to his regular chiropractor slash naturalist, whatever he is.
