I'm doing well. I am not in, you know, for everybody asking, I'm not in the fire. I'm about 12 miles away. I'm in what's

called the South Bay, which is Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo. It's the area

south of the airport. And it's kind of out of the way, a beautiful area full of rich liberals who

don't let poor people in. So it's relatively safe, much like the

Palisades itself. And except the Palisades, the average house is like $3 million.

The average house here is only like $2 million. It is, you know, I was out on Manhattan Beach Pier just about an hour or so ago, looking north,
