Summary

Bart gets a cell phone. That is all. Well, not exactly, although it kinda felt that way when watching since as Guy likes to say, "it's just a bunch of stuff happening". The annoying part is that there's a really solid story to be told here, however the writers seem more interested in getting the Simpsons to visit Machu Picchu for 3 minutes. At least we got Dennis Leary.
