Things are different things are growing however if you are an audio only girly that's

totally fine I'm here everywhere you listen to podcast every single week and then if you

do love the show and you want more content I've recently

started a Patreon and the Patreon has taken number one spot for my favorite platform on the

internet I cannot believe it took me so long to become a

creator on there. I love having a closed tight-knit membership space. One of the

things I offer is every single week when I record the podcast, I will give extra more personal

stories as an extended episode to the Patreon and then if you're part of the video tier on there

then you get the video and then I also do old school YouTube style videos

for example before last week's episode I needed to energize myself and I was discussing what was going on in my head prior to recording the episode.

So a little bit more behind the scenes content.
