It may be the biggest tech startup you've never heard of, unless you own your own business, that is. Stripe, an online payment service announced last Thursday that it is

now worth more than $35 billion. That's according to valuations by investors who just poured

another $250 million into the company, which helps small businesses

accept payments over the Internet. That funding boosted Stripe's valuation by $12 billion,

making it the third most valuable startup in the U.S., according to Bloomberg.

That news outlet says only the Wee Company, owner of WeWork, and Jewel, the Vap Company,
