Hey thanks for having me.

Yeah, excited to have you on the podcast.

You just spoke on the WealthCon stage.

So for people who don't know who you are,

can you give us your quick backstory? Okay, so my background's actually in medicine.

I have a little bit of an unlikely path to real estate, but I went to grad school to be a nurse

practitioner.

And while we were gearing up for grad school

right after graduating undergrad,

my husband thought it'd be a great idea

to flip a house.

And that was in 2007, and everything sounded

like a good idea then, right? So he lived in this house, we flipped it, and then thankfully sold right before the crash and went off to grad school. So after grad school, we're like, okay, that was fun. We made money. The

crash is kind of over now. It was in 2012 around then. How do we get back into real estate?

How do we buy more rentals and essentially have a wealth

building plan? Right? So that was the original plan. We moved to Charlotte, North Carolina

specifically because of the real estate market. We were in Long Island at the time going to grad school at Stony Brook.

And Charlotte had an international airport, had a great real estate market, and had great jobs

for medicine.
