I had a doctor reach out to me. He was just finishing his residence. He's been in this for seven years man and he's like hey I'm actually planning my exit right now like I want to learn about midterm rentals to house clinicians. I want to leave this industry in the next couple years and I was like why do why do you want to leave? He's like, I'm already just burnt out, just from going to school. So I think that clinicians are just tired and they see that

there's other opportunities to make money and they're treated very unfairly, you know?

And I understand you're, you live in Modesto, is that right?

Yeah, Modesto, which is the armpit of California just so everybody knows.

They say that. I lived in Palmdale. I was working air traffic control up there for like six years. I used to call

Palmdale the armpit of California,

but it's funny, Modesto, so actually I have some experience up there.

I dated a girl, this is years ago, this is probably like 12 years ago,

but we went to college together here in Cal State,

San Marcos, in San Diego, but her family is from Modesto.
