Today we're going to be talking about making your money work as hard as you do.

So let's get into it.

This morning I logged into one of my investment accounts.

I needed some information, some tax time information. And as I logged into it, I happened to notice that in one of my investment accounts, my performance

returns were $23,619.91 in the last year. Those are my performance returns in one of my accounts.

And that moment, that number and that moment of seeing that number kind of halted me in my tracks

for a moment. Because, again again in that account alone what what that

number was saying is in that account alone my money that i put in there made 24,000 dollars,

just about 24,000 dollars by sitting inside of my investment account, of course, that money being

invested. But it was my money inside of that account that created that $24,000, again, by being

invested. And that just about $24,000 is more than I used to make in a year

when I was working a lot of part-time jobs and especially back in my late teens, early 20s,

I was making minimum wage at most of my jobs. And so minimum wage,

again, it fluctuated between different jobs. But most of my jobs, I was making $7.25 or even

less an hour. And I just had this moment this morning where I was thinking about how hard it felt
