Why do you think a lot of times when you decide to get really serious with Christ,

people in your family, our friends, don't like it.

Because if they're not willing to make that same deep commitment,

now all of a sudden, the choices that you're going to make are going to convict them and they don't want that conviction, so it's easier to just get mad at you and try to keep you from doing it.

I can tell you the truth.

If you're going to really follow God for your life, if any person here or anybody watching by TV,

if you're really going to be led by the spirit, what you're going to find out tonight is the center core of the new covenant.

Every person who receives Christ lives under a new covenant. The law is finished and we can each one be individually led, guided by the Holy Spirit.

We can hear from God.

We don't have to ask 25 other people what we should do every time we want to make a decision.
