I wonder how many choices, how many decisions we make every single day.

Of course, I've been thinking about this a lot, so I'm pretty sure it's hundreds every day.

To get out of bed is a choice.

What time you go to bed is a choice.

What you eat is a choice.

What you do with your time is a choice.

Your thoughts are a choice.

And I know sometimes it takes us a while to get that one because we just think, well, you know, I can't help what's in my head, but the truth is, is you can

choose your thoughts. You can decide which ones you're going to let roll around in there and which

ones you're going to get rid of. Words are another big area.
