The root of the word virtue contains a Latin word weir or man because the essence of the idea is that a virtuous person is a full complete mature person when we are seeking underneath it all, if we are doing it out of a sense of responsibility rather than vanity, I think we are really seeking virtue. We were created whole and perfect, and we have an innate desire to seek that which has been lost.

Growing an organization can indeed be a tool toward growing in virtue, toward growing in sanctification or becoming more Christ-like. in our children are manifold material blessings, the better service will be to others.

The more I am master of myself and my stuff, the more of me will be free to pursue whatever

callings and opportunities God sends.

Organization is a matter of discipline and discipline is self-control of fruit of the

spirit.
